1. Promoter
   The promoter is Zac Cracknell trading as Sure Pools, providing residential pool services within the Southern Highlands region of New South Wales.

2. Promotion Period
   The promotion opens on 1 March 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 May 2026.
   
   The draw will take place on 1 June 2026.

3. Eligibility
   Entry is open only to:
   • Residents of New South Wales
   • Located within the Southern Highlands region
   • Within a 80km radius of Bowral NSW
   • Aged 18 years or over
   • Residing at the property being serviced
   
   Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the promoter are not eligible.

4. Service Area, Acceptance and Travel Fees
   Sure Pools provides residential pool services within the Southern Highlands region of NSW and within a 80km radius of Bowral.
   
   Properties located in outer or rural areas within this radius may require additional travel time depending on distance, accessibility, and route scheduling. Where extended travel time applies, a reasonable travel fee may be charged. Any applicable travel fee will be disclosed and agreed to in writing prior to commencement of services.
   
   Travel fees are assessed on a case by case basis.
   
   Sure Pools reserves the right, prior to commencement of works, to refuse service to any property including but not limited to:
   
   • Properties outside the defined service radius
   • Properties where access is unsafe, non compliant, or impractical
   • Pools requiring remediation beyond the scope of the advertised offer
   • Situations where travel time materially impacts operational scheduling
   
   If service is declined prior to commencement, no entry into the promotion will be granted.

5. Promotional Offer Scope
   The advertised "$69 Pool Service for 90 Days" offer applies only to the standard Test and Balance routine service visit, which has a standard rate of $99 per visit plus chemicals.
   
   The promotional rate of $69 applies to the service component only.
   
   The promotional price excludes:
   
   • Chemicals and checmical dosing products
   • Salt
   • Vacuuming beyond light surface debris removal
   • Green pool clean ups
   • Cartridge cleaning
   • Salt cell cleaning
   • Filter media replacement
   • Equipment repairs
   • Any remediation or specialised services
   
   Chemicals and additional services will be charged separately in accordance with Sure Pools’ standard pricing.
   
   Any additional works required will be discussed and approved prior to proceeding.

6. Minimum Term, Automatic Continuation and Cancellation
   The "$69 for 90 Days" promotional offer is provided on the basis of a minimum 90 day service commitment commencing from the date of sign up.
   
   Clients may select weekly, fortnightly, or monthly scheduling during this 90 day period.
   
   At the conclusion of the 90 day promotional period, the service will automatically continue at the standard Test and Balance service rate of $99 per visit plus chemicals, unless the client provides written notice of cancellation prior to the end of the 90 day term.
   
   If a client cancels the service before completion of the 90 day minimum term:
   
   • The rate for completed visits will be adjusted to the standard rate of $99 per visit.
   • The client will be required to pay the difference between $69 and $99 per completed visit.
   • The promotional discount will be withdrawn.
   
   Any outstanding adjustment amount becomes payable upon cancellation.
   
   After the initial 90 day term, services may be cancelled by providing written notice prior to the next scheduled service visit.
   
   The adjustment described above reflects removal of the promotional discount and is not a penalty.

7. Entry Requirements
   To receive one entry into the draw, eligible participants must during the promotion period:
   
   • Enter into a valid residential service agreement
   • Complete required payment
   • Sign up to the "$69 Pool Service for 90 Days" offer
   • Receive and complete their first scheduled service visit
   
   Entry is confirmed only after the first completed service visit.
   
   Each separate residential property under a signed service agreement counts as one entry.

8. Active Client Requirement
   To remain eligible at the time of the draw on 1 June 2026, the entrant must:
   
   • Have no overdue or outstanding invoices
   • Not have cancelled or suspended their agreement
   • Remain an active Sure Pools service client
   
   Clients who cancel, suspend, or fall into arrears prior to the draw will be deemed ineligible.Remain an active Sure Pools service client

9. Prize
   One BWT Aquabot robotic pool cleaner.
   Total prize value approximately AUD $1,599.
   
   The prize:
   • Is not redeemable for cash
   • Cannot be exchanged for alternative goods or services
   • Is not transferable

10. Draw Method
    The draw will occur on 1 June 2026 via a documented random selection process conducted by the promoter.

11. Winner Notification
    The winner will be notified by phone and email within three business days of the draw.
    
    If the winner cannot be contacted within seven days, a redraw may occur.

12. Publicity
    By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to reasonable promotional use of their first name and suburb for marketing purposes unless declined in writing.

13. Privacy
    Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used solely for administering the promotion and delivering services in accordance with Sure Pools’ Privacy Policy.

14. General
    The promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms.
    
    As the total prize pool is under AUD $10,000, no NSW trade promotion permit is required under current regulations.
