01. Do you service all areas of the Southern Highlands?

Yes — Sure Pools is a fully mobile service. We travel to Bowral, Mittagong, Moss Vale, Bundanoon, and surrounding towns to take care of your pool or spa.

02. How often should I book a routine service?

It depends on usage and season. Most clients choose fortnightly or monthly servicing for convenience, while heavier-use pools benefit from weekly visits.

03. What’s included in a routine service?

Our routine services cover water testing, chemical balancing, system checks, filter/basket cleans, and a full pool clean. A digital service report is provided every visit.

04. Do you supply pool chemicals and equipment?

Yes — we supply premium chemicals and equipment as part of our service, with free delivery for our regular clients.

05. Can you repair my pool pump or cleaner?

Absolutely. We repair all major equipment including pumps, chlorinators, and robotic cleaners. We’re also authorised warranty partners for Maytronics and Enviroswim.

06. What if my pool has an urgent problem?

We offer call-out services and can prioritise urgent repairs. Just get in touch and we’ll schedule a technician as soon as possible.

07. Do you look after spas as well as pools?

Yes — we provide the same high-quality maintenance, cleaning, and repair services for spas and swim spas.

08. Are there any hidden fees?

No — our service rates are clear and upfront. Chemicals, replacement parts, and any specialist trades (like electrical work) are quoted separately before work begins.

09. Do you offer one-off services or only plans?

We do both. You can book a one-off service or choose a regular plan that suits your lifestyle.

10. How do I book a service?
